Degree of Comparison

Merupakan bentuk kata sifat yang menunjukkan tingkat atau derajat yang berbeda; untuk membandingkan suatu hal berjumlah dua atau lebih. Dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu Positive, Comparative, dan Superlative.

Comparative

Digunakan untuk membandingkan dua benda. Comparative Degree ditandai dengan adanya kata more sebelum kata sifat dan adjective yang berakhiran -er.

Superlative

Digunakan untuk memberitau atau mendeskripsikan suatu hal yang ‘paling’ tiga benda atau lebih. Ditandai dengan adanya kata most atau adjective yang berakhiran -est.
