To share our opinions about something, there are some different useful phrases we can use to open the sentence. We can separate the phrases into three categories such as basic, strong & personal, and weak or hesitant.

In my opinion, emotional intelligence is very important for leadership. People who have high level of emotional intelligence can become a better leader than people who don't have high level of emotional intelligence. I also think that people who have good emotional intelligence can communicate well with others because they can understand the situation and think about other people. So, it's very important and useful for an effective leadership.

2. Do you have an example in your job or in your life?

For me, I feel that emotional intelligence is very useful for my job as an instructor. Without having good emotional intelligence, I can't lead my students well. By having good emotional intelligence, I can understand what my students need, read their emotions, and create a good atmosphere in class so that every one wants to cooperate with me.
